Question: My order has already been placed; when will it be shipped?

Answer:  Most orders get shipped in 24 hours, excluding Sundays and holidays.

 

Question: How much time take for delivery after shipment?

Answer:  we ship via Delhivery Courier. We ship from Bangalore, and orders for the major cities will arrive in 2-4 days, while orders for other locations may take a little longer. We provide live tracking after the order is shipped.

 

Question: How can I track my order?

Answer: Order tracking and status periodically get updated and can be tracked on the website or xcluma APP.

On the web: Login to Account and Go to MyAccount then MyOrders. Click on "View Your Order History" and click on the "view eye icon" on the order; scroll down, and you get the "Track" button.

Question: What is the payment method?

Answer: We accept all major payment methods via our Secure Payment Gateway.

 

Question: Do you have Cash on Delivery (COD)?

Answer Yes, we offer COD service for orders worth more than INR 500 and carts weighing less than 2 kg.

 

Question: What is the store pickup option?

Answer: Store pickup is currently only available in Bangalore; customers in Bangalore interested in self-pickup can select store pickup during checkout. 

 

Question: Can we buy directly from your store?

Answer:  Sorry, Shopping at the warehouse location is not possible; however, you can place an order on the website, at the checkout page select the store pickup option (Eligible only for Bangalore Address)

 

Question: In the case of pickup from the store, when can the order be collected?

Answer: Pickup-from-store orders get packed in 1 to 2 hours time, WhatsApp message and email is sent for the ready status, Order can be self-collected or can be picked up by porter service, Please mention the order number when come to collect the order.

 Question: Do we get a GST invoice and an ITC credit?

Answer: Yes, all orders receive GST invoices; if you have a GST number, please include it when you place your order.

 

Question: My account was debited, but the order status reads "failed."

Question: Do we save money when we buy in bulk?

Answer:  We strive to be competitive in the market, and our regular price is already discounted for smaller and bulk quantities, but there is a special offer running from time to time.

 Question: Do you have ready stock for the items listed on the website?

Answer: 99.9% of the items showing in stock are physically available. If an item ordered is not in stock due to a mismatch in the physical and system inventory, we will notify you immediately, cancel the order, and issue a full refund. we don’t hold money for available items.


 Question: What should I do if my order is showing cod-verification?

Answer: To avoid fake COD orders, we send a COD verification link on WhatsApp for order confirmation, and an IVR call is initiated for COD order confirmation. If a COD order is not confirmed within 24 hours, it is automatically canceled.

 

Question: I want to change my shipping address.

Answer: Sorry Address change is not possible once the order is shipped, so please fill in the correct mobile number and address while ordering.
